Project Management
P.J. Kennedy & Sons is seeking a candidate to estimate, oversee, and coordinate mechanical systems and/or piping installation projects. The candidate will have the ability to complete projects on schedule and within budgets, assuring that customer requirements are satisfied, and help develop and motivate a highly productive loyal team of installers of/or plumbers/pipefitters. The following qualifications are required: Extensive knowledge of HVAC mechanical systems, and/or plumbing/piping through on the job training with five or more years of HVAC experience. In addition, the candidate must have the ability to demonstrate management and leadership skills, and must be familiar with MS Office, Microsoft Excel, and experience using project management software.
