PJ
Kennedy & Sons provided the HVAC and temperature control
work for the new Everett High School. PJK is conscientious
of their work while conforming to the plans and
specifications. Their performance, proficiency, and
workmanship were superior. They provided the manpower and
equipment required to complete activities as shown in the
construction schedule. PJK, from their office personnel to
the field foremen, display construction knowledge and
capabilities far beyond the scope of work they have
performed for Suffolk Construction on the Everett High
School project. We look forward to working with PJK on
future projects.

Working with PJ Kennedy & Sons was a uniquely positive experience most
recently on the Jeremiah Burke School Project in Dorchester Ma.
Throughout the project, they consistently demonstrated a superior knowledge of
construction, expertise in general management and a professional and
personal attitude that was a pleasure to work with. I found them to be
simply the best in the qualities I appreciate most in a subcontractor:
open communication, honesty, and cooperation. As a result of all this, a very
difficult and complex project was completed on time and within owner
budgeted costs.

We have worked with P.J Kennedy and Sons on various projects
over the last twelve years. The most recent project was a two million dollar heating system conversion at Orient Heights, Boston, MA. Orient Heights contained one hundred and thirty
eight units of occupied housing. The job was completed on time and with minimum interruption to tenants.
