PJ Kennedy & Sons provided the HVAC and temperature control work for the new Everett High School. PJK is conscientious of their work while conforming to the plans and specifications. Their performance, proficiency, and workmanship were superior. They provided the manpower and equipment required to complete activities as shown in the construction schedule. PJK, from their office personnel to the field foremen, display construction knowledge and capabilities far beyond the scope of work they have performed for Suffolk Construction on the Everett High School project. We have worked with P.J Kennedy and Sons on various projects over the last twelve years. The most recent project was a two million dollar heating system conversion at Orient Heights, Boston, MA. Orient Heights contained one hundred and thirty eight units of occupied housing. The job was completed on time and with minimum interruption to tenants.
