EDUCATION PROJECTS

“P.J. Kennedy had been the lead mechanical contractor supporting build-out and infrastructure for the University Hall project at the University of Massachusetts, Boston. The fast track project had been very detailed and complex with more than 25 general-use classrooms, a multi-media studio classroom, four 150-200 discussion halls and a 500-seat lecture hall. This project included all new services and power, with a very complex mechanical system. P.J.
